The vibrant rooftop bar provided a unique space to unwind while enjoying fine views of Groningen.
Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made the top floor room quite warm .

Loved out star, the hotel is ideal and centrally located in that garden. Exceptionally clean and budget units with coffee, clean bathroom, as for instance, and the staff were very helpful! A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were provided.

The staff went above and beyond, providing ear plugs and soundproofing tips for the potential noise from nearby bars, which I found really thoughtful. The vibrant atmosphere made it easy to explore Groningen's nightlife.

The rooftop bar offered a good spot to unwind with drinks, and the cheerful decor added a whimsical touch to the atmosphere. While the location was perfect for exploring shops and cafes, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during the hot days. Despite the room's cleanliness, I would have appreciated more amenities for a longer stay, especially given the high temperatures.

We stayed at a lovely place with two small kids and had a blast exploring Groningen's entertainment district. The kids loved it! Plus, the staff was super thoughtful.
My children wanted a play area to enjoy.

missingWrote a review on 20 Jultemperature discomfort
No air-conditioning made the top floor unbearably hot during the summer. Although earplugs were provided due to potential noise from the party crowd outside, keeping the windows closed for privacy made the room quite dark. Additional lighting was definitely needed. The shower also had an annoying tendency to spurt scalding hot water unpredictably.

The location is fantastic! It was easy to explore the area on foot or by bike. The staff were friendly and helpful. The city view from my room was fine.

Just a solid selection for a short layover in Groningen with great value-to-price ratio. The central location made it easy to explore local shops and nightlife. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.

Highly recommended for couples looking to stay central
The outlets were conveniently near the bed, easy to charge devices while relaxing. The coffee machine with capsules made mornings much better, and my wife loved the quirky airplane cupboard style in our room, she kept wandering around like a curious cat , it was entertaining to see.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly , but still acceptable for the experience we had.
